We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.
All Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Fees for paid Services are disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by third-party processors. Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific refund policy associated with the product or service purchased.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIMIZED, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Optimized, LLC regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
